Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise Goal

The Milford Transit District's (MTD) overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for the program period of 10/15/16 to 10/15/18 is 3% of the FFTA federal funding assistance MTD expects to expend during this period. This is exclusive of FTA funding to be used in the purchase of vehicles. During this period the District anticipates spending federal funds on preventative maintenance items, new security cameras for the vans and buses and projects that will keep our facility in a state of good repair. These projects will include a revamped heating and air conditioning system, architectural landscape treatment to the facility's grounds, concrete curbing and paving, storage floor refinishing, construction of a kitchen in the operator's lounge, installation of new flooring in the drivers and dispatch areas, partitioning off a general administrative area and a partial roof replacement.
